Conus Airway is a spin-off from La Fe University Hospital (Valencia, Spain) that is transforming endotracheal intubation in critical settings. We have developed an innovative device that enables simultaneous airway ventilation and dilation, with an integrated micro-camera providing real-time visualization—making the procedure easier, even in the most complex cases.
